Sambika chocolate, made with a single-origin cocoa<\/span><\/p>

The cocoa used to make Sambika chocolates comes from beans grown and processed in close collaboration with our growers in Madagascar. With tangy notes of citrus fruits and red fruits,<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

The key: a \u201cSingle Origin\u201d chocolate, round in the mouth, with notes of citrus fruits and red fruits that can only be found in a tiny part of world production.<\/span><\/p>

Madagascar cocoa needs no introduction. The ingredients used to make Sambika chocolate bars and sweets are rigorously selected.<\/span><\/p>

According to the recipes, we use organic raw materials such as sugar cane, cocoa beans, or even cocoa butter.<\/span><\/p>

The Bean-to-bar is a concept that highlights the involvement of the chocolate maker in his work. A real movement in favor of craftsmanship, this way of making chocolate has the advantage of being precisely controllable from the bean to the chocolate. The result? With Sambika, we want to promote quality products that respect the integrity of natural ecosystems.
