Social and human development is at the heart of the values conveyed by Sambika, whose commitment is embodied in the activities of the Sambika School. It aims to give women in vulnerable situations the possibility of improving their often precarious living conditions, by accessing a fulfilling professional life.
Through a set of workshops and learning programs, the brand aims to support women from one end of the process to the other and thus enable students of the Sambika School to develop new professional skills. in the chocolate industry, catering and many other constantly growing fields.
In order to promote the independence of women through a stable professional activity, Sambika School offers a six-week training course. Throughout this program, participants are encouraged to develop and enrich their skills, particularly in the art of chocolate and catering.
The training set up by the Sambika School equips its learners with theoretical and practical tools for optimum professional integration. In addition to learning the heart of the trade, the program also provides language courses and practical workshops aimed at preparing women for job interviews and in preparing their CVs.
Aged between 20 and 35 years old, the learners of the Sambika School are rigorously selected. Before starting the training, the candidates are invited to demonstrate their motivation in the context of an interview led by the managers of the Sambika School. Each wave of training includes five students, who will benefit from learning provided in a work environment subject to international standards.
At the end of this program, graduating students are offered the opportunity to join the Chocolats Sambika team. With their new skills, they will also have the opportunity to continue their professional development in other companies.
